Our firm offers a number of title services. We have found that lenders, borrowers, buyers, and sellers don't want to spend their precious time on the details of closings: Title work, documents, arrangements, signatures, etc. This is where we come in. We take control of the closing. We normally start with a conference call among all the persons involved, including the buyer, seller, lender, and closer. In that conference call, we schedule the closing, arrange the details, and determine who is to do what. We then work and monitor the details. Our goal is to have a quick, easy, and smooth closing.
