Insurance Defense

You are a claims manager for a large and well respected insurance company.  Claims are a fact of life.  On the one hand, you know that claims drive the demand for your company's insurance policies.  On the other hand, you know that many claims are frivolous, unsupported, or outright fraudulent.  Sometimes it seems that the only limitation on lawsuits is the plaintiff's attorney's imagination.  You are constantly besieged from all sides by plaintiffs' lawyers' mills who churn out lawsuits as fast as they can be printed.  The law says your company must pay valid claims.  But which are valid?  How can your company afford to pay the truly deserving claims if it is not protected against paying the fraudulent claims?  Moreover, you have to do what you can to keep the company profitable.  A nonprofitable insurance company can do nothing for anyone.

You and your company must have solid, experienced, and professional legal representation from lawyers who understand you, your company, and your claimants.  Lawyers who not only can spot a frivolous or fraudulent claim, but who can prove it in court.  Lawyers who are not afraid to go to court to stop an illegal drain on you and your company.  Lawyers who will fight for you when the chips are down, and win.

You are a good claims manager.  You care for people.  Your company depends on you.  You can make hard decisions.  But you must leave your work at work.  You must not and can not take it home with you.  You deserve rest and relaxation and a sense of well-being.  Demand the best from your lawyer.  Choose him wisely.  And let him take the loads off your back.
